Koopa right above Birdo! I have to laugh! I could write a lot in response to this list but I'll just defend Birdo. You didn't mention her arm which is one of the best in the game, and coupled with decent running she can be a pretty great outfielder as well. If you're worried about bad chemistry with Birdo in the infield just put Peach/Tiny on 3rd and Birdo at short and it won't matter. The video is really well made though, props to you guys. Maybe I'll host a huge online tournament in the future and we'll see whose metagame is best!

You're correct that Birdo is better but she still sucks; only reason they put koopa higher is because one of them is super biased towards those poopas.

@@durpydakat7912 she has some of the best chem tree in the game arguably since she is the only real connection between yoshi and that section of the roster into arguably the best section that includes king boo king k rool the kritters petey and all that jazz. making a bowser team pretty obsolete.

I disagree with many opinions on the list and there are many inaccuracies that could change places on the list but I respect the hustle and grit you showed to make this a reality.

with my experience, Koopa, Funky, Diddy, Dixie, Petey, Dry Bones and Wario are all up there for the best in this game in terms of how good they are. In my opinion, Koopa and Funky are the two best characters in terms of how good they are

I think funky Kong is an interesting pitcher because only him and waluigi have reversed pitch speeds. By that I mean when you charge their pitches, it’s slower than their quick pitch

I love this list, but I think birdo is criminally underrated. Her dive is one of the best in the game and her hitting stat is good enough to put her in high B-low A tier. I also think toadsworth is overrated cause if you can time his shadow he doesn’t reap any benefits. Also toads are underrated as hitters.

I appreciate the effort with this tier list, but it has many flaws, peach definitely isn't the best character in the game, her pitching and star swing are really good, but she really has nothing else going for her. Also, how are baby Luigi and baby Mario in B tier!!! They're awful! Their only decent area is speed, which doesn't help too much in my opinion, the babies are easily f tier. The koopas are definitely d tier not c tier, the hammer bros and dry bones should definitely be a tier since they are great batters and good pitchers. Last, toadsworth is definitely not s tier, whenever I play against CPUs, toadsworth is dominant for maybe one inning, but after that he's tired of pitching and can't really get people out after that

Actually, for Toadsworth. Just hit one of his Balls and you are fine then, just do steals over and over, since his pitches are super slow, you have a lot of time to steal a base

it's one thing to make your own tier list (which to me is not well thought out assuming you didn't factor in nunchuck for countering star swings, star pitches) but to (idc how diplomatically you went about it) call out another person's list who I RIGHTFULLY trust more, has played the game consistently, an expert at the game and actually did take the time to factor everything in is just asking for criticism in return. Toadsworth at #3?? Diddy Kong ranked so high? Donkey Kong in S tier having a limited Chemistry Tree??!! Waluigi in the top 5??!! his fielding could only be barely passable on 1st or 3rd due to height unless quick throw was good for double plays but still... his Chemistry and even mii colour is abysmal. Kritter below Wario??!! His defense is WAY better despite Wario's laser beam. Baby Mario and Baby Luigi are ranked too high wtaf. Noki is heavily underrated too

toadsworth is F tier because he's slow terrible hitter and only use is his really terrible pitch. Toadette should be higher because she is a pretty good outfielder

I’m sorry, i took a break from this game for a while so i couldn’t comment, but wow. this is wrong. Noki is literally an A tier character lmao. Mario + Pintas + Noki = Op. Throw in pinta yoshi birdo and u have the best team in the game.

One thing that you're forgetting is that it is mainly based off a characters individual stats, For example you could also have Baby Mario, Baby Luigi, and Yoshi on a team and that would be as effective as the Noki setupabove . Noki is low due to her individual low batting and horrible star swing. Silly

@@fkmproductions The generic star swing is actually pretty strong. I don’t think the people you play with understand how easy it is to counter star swings. Noki at shortstop and second can counter peaches star swing and they can prevent any steals. yoshi is the best character in the game cuz his star swing is the only one possible to never get out. B dashing or A grabbing most special star swings is an easy out.
