When Alexa's parents won't let her have a party, Lucy offers to host one instead, since her parents are going away. When her parents' plans change, however, Lucy has to clear the house and then deal with one late-arriving and very drunk guest.
The third season of Degrassi Junior High premiered on November 7, 1988 with 16 episodes. It depicts the 1988-1989 school year.

Lissie Foxx Well this show is filmed in Toronto Ontario Canada. So Joey would have to have an Ontario ID. One Joey is a doofus. In Ontario you have to be 19 to drink or go to bar. All Ontario ID has your picture on it and is almost impossible to alter. Holograms etc.
