Wow, your bikes are awsome, as a prepper ive been studying electric viechels for a long time inc bikes, and i must say well done sir very well done. Here in australia i could definitely find some long bush trails to test the limits of your equipment, and again great job guys.

People need to realise that Stealth Bomber ebike (I owned a few) is a Competive jumping Ebike, its a mix of MX and Pedal. The Defast is aimed at an overall commute / mountainbike / cross country. So ofcourse the range will be alot longer due to the engine design, amps / volts it pulls from 1500w engine etc etc. I would be interested to see full videos of its range at 50mph tho. as i know from experience the stealth gets about 20miles at 50mph.

Love companies like this, innovative, mission oriented and open to discussion. The bike looks to be a tremendous achievement, I look forward to watching how you develop your product as a company and improve design/efficiency over time. I for one am heading over to kickstarter now, this looks to be a perfect commute solution for where I live, a little too far for a manual bike ride, I would love this alternative to driving my car.

Best battery range ever. That battery is a real monster, but it is so big it worries me if it catched fire, itd be sad if this battery becomes unstable, you could create new years fireworks lol, so how safe is this battery/the controller? have you guys done extensive safety tests? hope everything is ok

Many people dont understand but this bike is pure tehnology. I had for the last 3 years 2 bikes a rear engine and an MIDLE engine and with 2 batterys of 17ah that could take me 170km with pedal asist "level 1" with a speed of 20-27km h that is.not that much the advantage of a bike like that is huge and the price is aforfable for almost everybody and i hope that the price will remain like that for more time for more and more people to buy. This is a new revolution of bikes well done and i wait the launch :)

So what is the catch? The battery is too small to get that distance on normal conditions.. I mean physically a battery would usually have to be super huge to give that kind of range usually and it doesn't look all that large. is it a low top speed or something? To clarify I'm not "attacking" I'm genuinely curious and I wouldn't know enough about bikes to make any claims that you are lying. I'm definitely skeptical but interested.

Delfast that's crazy bad ass I way to see dirt bike u can get relly muddy but praform good in thick Mudd like 4x4 but have good price like me on fixed income.

so bike can go for almost 12 straight hours @ 20 miles per hour? it needs at least 5 times the lithium batteries by volume! unless it is some "new" chemistry... It will be that either nobody will get this bike or the range will be dramatically different.

Impossible to own one in London. First week or three days leaving it outside expect the thieves take it. I live in a first floor (2nd floor) in some countries. Delfast is just way too heavy for people to carry on stairs. I bought the fiido d1, so far so good, and won’t hurt my wallet too much if it gets stolen.

Almost Every electric bike with battery pack 20s20p and 1500-2000 Watt hub motor can do 380km when you traveling with average 20km per hour speed . Battery capacity is crucial then a good quality motor under 2500watt.

Great range, if the claim is true. I'd prefer a retro styled bike like the Rayvolt, Greaser, or Ruffian, but they're all lower range bikes. Ok, so what's the difference between a long range bike and a short range bike? The battery. Why can't I get a cool looking ebike with a better battery that can match the range of this bike? For example, why doesn't Rayvolt use the same long range battery as the Delfast? In fact, why don't all ebikes offer long range batteries as an option? What's really going on out there?

so to do 235 miles on 1 charge at 15 mph would take you 15h lol. i put a sabvoton controller in one. made it a lot faster reduced the range to about 60miles at 45mph. running 60amp con and 80 amp boost.
