Ingredients
500g minced meat (lamb or beef)
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1 teaspoon cumin powder

Salt, to taste
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped

Prepare the Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Add Herbs:

Binding (Optional):
Add the egg if the mixture feels too crumbly. This helps in binding the kebabs.
Shape the Kebabs:
