In this video, we are going to eat some ants with noodles! Okay not really but this is a well-known Sichuan dish named “Ants climbing a tree (蚂蚁上树)’’ It’s spicy savory glass noodles with ground pork. 🌶️Ingredients:
110g dry vermicelli/glass noodles
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon ginger
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon spicy fermented bean sauce/paste
150 ground pork (can substitute ground chicken)
2 teaspoons chicken powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
2 teaspoons light soy sauce
1 spring onion
