Delicious very fast and delicious VEGAN cake with fruit tea! Without dyes!
Very fragrant!
INGREDIENTS for a 20 cm mold:
1 tablespoon dried fruit tea mixture:
in my fruit tea: dried apples, hibiscus, rose hips, strawberries, peppermint, lemon balm, orange peel
250 ml of boiling water
8 g vanilla sugar or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
180 g of sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
70 ml sunflower oil (odorless)
375 g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
100 g of raisins (optional)
The pie is baked for about 40-45 minutes in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius at an average level without convection. We check with a wooden skewer, it should remain dry and clean.
for the glaze:

3-5 tablespoons lemon juice
100 g of powdered sugar
any berries for decoration (optional)
