EOMUKTANG / ODENGTANG (Fish Cake Soup) Ingredients
For the broth:
- Kelp (handful size)
- Anchovies (Dilis)
- 2~3liters of Water
- 1 raddish
- 1 onion
- Leeks (white part)
Then for the Eomuktang add
- eomuk/ odeng or Korean fish cake
- 2 tbsp of minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soysauce
- 1tbsp fish sauce (patis)
- salt to taste
- leeks for garnish
+ you may add some udong noodles as well :)
