Nice work on this. I had some trouble getting it to work the first time, but it was just setting up some bad g code. Color change is working well, thank you.

For anyone who cares, the actual filament change is at about 13:50. But at that point you can neither see the action on the screen due to bad exposure, nor see that actual filament change because it's out of shot. And since there's no narration... not very helpful.

Que tal amigo, disculpa el firmware de la placa base que version de marlin estas usando?? adicional dentro del firmware marlin tu activaste los parámetros en el archivo de configuration?? o mediante tu firmware modificado de la tft accedes a ellos??

seems to extrude an enormous amount of filament on change. can that be dialed back to about half?. Also do you loose the LEDS when you set up like this? Great Work, Thanks.

i have bltouch installed, is there a bltouch section in your firmware? otherwise how do i if i need to make any changes to the z-offset?

Sorry, install this version of Marlin with this TFT and the Z axis does not go down. The screen throws ERROR M999 since I don't have BLTouch installed. Is there a Marlin and / or Fw version of TFT that is NOT configured for BL tocuh ??. I do not understand much of the subject and I have it without using the printer. Thank you

looking to get this m600 to work, want to know the best path as i would like to avoid the chance for errors. any advice i should know about?

Thank you for the excellent firmware. With Cura it's flawless. When sliced with Prusa there is a regular an error message on the LCD like: Unknown command: "M73 P34 R59" (regular: roughly every minutes). This is the set print progress command that in the above example I guess measured in percent and minutes (as they don't add to 100 both to be percent). It's pretty harmless, but it clutters the LCD and to be able to see real data it has to be OK first. Any chance to suppress this error? Either in config.ini or in Prusa or maybe in the firmware? Other than this it's a great SW that made the SW-X1 so much better then the original firmware. Note to those who wonder based on the video how long the purging for the new filament is: It depends on you.

I'm not sure that don't show errors is a good idea but we are thinking to change something like that in the future. The main problem is not in the firmware is in the slice that adding m73 and the marlin don't support, for remove M73 in the sliced you can follow these steps: Printer Settings > General > Firmware > Supports remaining times (Uncheck this box)

seeminly not compatible with Marlin 2.0.5.3 or with octoprint: -echo:Unknown command: "M600" -Linenumber error -checksum error -relentless beeping M600 was the reason for the update, but doesn't work. I like the design alot, cool options, but I have to go back to old firmware.

After flashing im getting random filament runout error. in 6 hour print a had about 4 times error. Any idea? thanks

The easy way is to disable, settings->Feature->Filament sensor set Off But with the new release solve this problem download from github.com/wgcv/RAWR-TFT-Firmware-Artillery3D/releases/tag/V28.0.1 The problem was that the refresh time with the sensor was too high changing fil_noise_threshold:100 to 200 in config.ini work great!

Hi I get the message when filament change: to much extrusion prevented. and sometimes the extruder goes all the way up until it can no longer go any further, it also shows in the display at the z height that it is at a height of over 500. is it possibly because he is counting on the z hop?

That seems great, but having problem to get it work. I unzipped everything on a sd-card but after plugged it in on my X1 and turn it on, it does not flashing anything. Any other thing to do to get it work?

I see you went with emulation for the M600. The latest version of Marlin can be tricked with no backend modification, then if you parse host action commands you can fully implement full M600 with just a bit more work so it can be used with Octoprint, too.

But you still need LCD Marlin mode in the last marlin I think so, also you need to open and change the filament sensor to marlin. Emulation works great with the TFT and without opening the printer, if you want to print with Octoprint you can use the plugin github.com/wgcv/RewriteM60

@@WGCVME I have real M600 running without Marlin Mode, and I have my filament runout sensor working from Octoprint, too!

Moving the filament runout sensor is only necessary if you want to use it from Octoprint.

Can you elaborate on how you got the full filament change on the TFT35? I only see load and unload buttons on my BTT TFT35 E3 V3.0 And when a print file has an M600, the display shows a Pause dialog with an Ok button that keeps showing in a loop everytime I click on it. There's obviously no Purge more or Continue options. Edit: for some weird reason, M600 works succesfullyl if you do the following: printer will automatically unload the filament when it encounters an M600, when the "Printer is paused" dialog shows up, you can touch the "Ok" button or even press the rotary encoder, the printer will start to load the filament. Once it's done loading it you won't see this, but the printer is awaiting to either Purge more (default selection) or Continue, so... just rotate your encoder as if you were in the classic Marlin LCD and press the encoder. It will get out of the loop and keep printing!
