Christ even shooting the bloatfly's that spawn from fallen enemies spawns Legendary Bloatflys so far I've got 1 Never ending Pipe Pistol, kneecapper revolutionary sword, Violent double barrel shotgun, Explosive sniper rifle & a load of armor pieces. This is an awesome tip. Thanks

This works really well, I got an instigating hunting rifle and a perforating shotgun in the same group of enemies on my first try! Great find!

I like this method, as opposed to a method that has you continually loading a save, because this way you are able to continue playing the game and get credit for all your time played, by being able to save all your loot and experience gained during the process. I'm just not thrilled about the part about glitching your syringer ammo. Play long enough, and you'll have plenty of materials.

Hey man I've been watching your great vids everyday one thing die like to add to this glitch that makes it easier is use jet then inject an enemy as usual then inject the bloat fly that comes out of the enemy and have infinite supply of bloat flies I didn't it for around an hour last night with a single bloat fly and got a lot of good stuff including an explosive assault rifle, explosive shot gun and a two shot combat rifle

Thank you for posting. I like that it doesn't involve tedious, non-immersive tactics like reload game saves, and it doesn't use exploits or glitches, unless you duplicate your bloatfly ammo. Does anyone know if any stats affect the chance of spawning a legendary bloatfly, such as Luck?

turn game into survival mode, then encounter tons of legendary enemy, then turn it into easy mode of normal mode, then kill them, then u get a cool legendary weapon, then u beat fallout 4, then u wait for wastelander's workshop...

Once I found a flamer with the freezing legendary effect and a missile launcher with the explosive legendary effect. And then the usual useless stuff like ghoul slayer’s raider left legs and stuff

I don't think the *Explosive* prefix spawns on Missile Launchers. I've never had one have that prefix or gotten one.

What difficulty you on? That can have a pretty decent impact on how often legendaries spawn in any way.

Thanks to you I now own the most op shotgun in the game lol. Explosive rounds on a combat shotgun. Each pellet is an explosive round. It's so powerful that I have to keep my distance when using it or else I'll blow myself up.

This is great man. One thing though is if you want weapons like the gatling laser and gauss rifle you need to kill lvl 40+ enemies and boatflies are max lvl 27 so you won't get the higher end guns.

Hey bud, if you pick up the item dogmeat drops repeatedly, the amount the stack is gets added and added and then when you do the save/exit/continue part and pick em up and drop em you should get a stack equal to the number of times you asked dogmeat to dupe it multiplied by the amount of the original stack. easier than exiting and entering over and over

+Agustin Rolla TBH bleed effects on any rapid fire gun is better, as bleed stacks. example a quick burst from my 9mm pistol 10shots is 150 damage per second,. I have a pipe version that fires faster and have watched murlock queen bleedout in a short moment

Started a new run on this game recently and was looking for a good way to farm legendary enemies. I knew about the save scumming method from playing years ago, but I never used it. I'm not a fan of things that require save scumming. It feels cheap for starters. And that save scumming trick in particular is incredibly tedious. People spend hours and hours reloading a save and killing the same mob over and over for the incredibly unlikely chance of stumbling on one specific piece of gear they're looking for. This method uses an actual intended game mechanic, allows you use it while simply playing the game as you normally would, and gives you a chance of getting a legendary item with every single kill. And even if it takes you a while to finally snag that one holy grail piece of gear you're REALLY after, you will have gotten dozens of other pieces of legendary gear in the process.

Can't get the duplicate glitch to work with the syringes... ammo and weapons are not a problem, but the "bloatfly Larva" syringes won't work for me... can duplicate them, but when I choose quicksave/quit/load the duplicated item allways disapears...But only with this item, weapons and ammo work just fine.. any ideas why??

I must be unlucky because I have tried this numerous times from very easy to survival difficulty and have only gotten one legendary Bloatfly to appear.

on very hard difficulty above level 50 this method actually gives you a ~50% chance to encounter a legendary (30% for bloatfly and whatever it spawned from) assuming a bloatfly does actually spawn though

hey asylum have you managed to find nucleostrictive armor? because when I look up details about it only says you obtain it from the polymer lab but it only gives you piezonucleic armor

only thing ive noticed is if you inspect the armor the quest gives you it gives you a 4th mod called "standard lining torso" unlike most power armor btw you can use that infinite crafting glitch for weapon mods and armor too except for muzzle upgrades like suppresor which is weird

Just google it. there are plenty to read and watch, if you do everything correctly you will get it. Btw its a torso for t45, its not even good. Go for X01

Quick question, does the wounding perk still drop for miniguns? I've just recently started playing fallout again this year (2017) and am currently trying to farm legendaries at croup manor for a wounding minigun. I keep getting the minigun part, but it never drops with wounding or explosive. I've been at it for 8 hours now...

Most of these guides don't apply to me since I'm a PC player and I can just give myself xp/ammo/caps but the one thing I can't do is give myself legendaries! Thanks for the guide and putting so much of your time into entertaining us!

+CZ Productions However on PC something you CAN do is if you already have the type of item you want and are just looking for a specific property, is drop it on the ground and use console commands to "give" that item whichever one you want.
