With the correct hose...the little bracket...bottom of firewall where the factory had a push on "holder" for a zip tie theres a stud.

With the EGR removed what did you do with the black splash guard thing that attaches to it with those plastic twist pin Christmas tree things?

Where can I take a truck to have it deleted? How do I know if a shop will “fix” my system?

One thing I had a huge issue with was the bracket on the back of the EGR holding a hard line. 2012 I just took a screw driver and hammer and hit the bracket bending the screw back which allowed the bracket to come off.

Just gave me so much piece of mind lol me and few buddies just tackled this last weekend with the same issue with the 11-13 kit and we just followed those lines back and guessed at were to put that connector in and it works perfect so seeing you do this with the exact same thing was deecent ps did you guys bother putting the exam harness bracket back on or just leave it out

Nice video. Do you remember if you had trouble with the bolt and nut that points toward the firewall on the cooler’s far back-right? It may hold a bracket. How long does removal take and do you have a preferred tuner you guys like? Need to do a DPF exhaust delete video next.

Great video but what did u do with the hose that supposed to go from the top of the radiator to the lower part of the radiator which usually involves removing headlight and grill?

Hey Y'all - I ended up in the same boat as you. 2015 truck with the 11-14 kit. Followed your instructions, it worked well. Question is... are you experiencing any issues not having the heater core bypass line? I didn't do the secondary D-Gas to lower radiator bypass either, and just left the stock metal one in place.... okay, or dumb idea? Thanks for the input!

I have a question, I hope you can help a brother out... so I recently bought an 11 f250 with the 6.7 PowerStroke and I took it to a shop and the guy said he’ll delete it for me BUT never heard back from him. The question is: can I order any tuner online? The guy said they didn’t sell those in the USA because of them being illegal, he said he usually gets them from Canada or New Zealand, I really want to delete my truck myself because seems like nobody wants to work on it, but I want to do it right and not be stuck on limp mode. do i need a tuner for egr? i dont need to switch between tunes just want to have something similar to stock just more responsive and reliable

My 2015 already has the cooler unplugged without issues ( just bought the truck). If I take the cooler out there shouldn’t be any problems starting as long as I use the correct parts for the block off and coolant re route should there? How did you get the violent out? Did I miss that part?

So I just got my truck done . egr delete . all the guy did was re program it and changed the exhaust. He didn't have to take off anything on the motor like the EGR itself he says that the program just turned it off and the valves won't open so it's just like having a blocker plate he said that you don't need any of that just program it and cut out the old exhaust and weld on a straight pipe and it's all you need to do my truck runs fine plenty of power no engine lights everything works perfect

Man I need some advice. I deleted my truck, sinister, flo pro the whole nine yards. I bought a tune from ppei not knowing it was for a stock exhaust. I flash it once, idles like it ran outta fuel..i realize it was the wrong tune, so I flashed it back to stock. Packed it up, sent it back to ppei. Bout a proven diesel race tune from dirty diesel out of Canada. Installed the proven diesel 200hp tune. It threw codes p06a6, p2122, p0193, p0532, & P0335. Smooths out when u give gas but the codes are making it idle like shit. Reflashed it, same thing. Unhooked batteries for couple hours to reset pcm, flash back to stock, then flash the 200hp tune again, now only four codes, P0335 crankshaft sensor went away. Another guy online had 3 of my codes, changed all the sensors nothing changed, but it went away only after he took off his battery terminals. Do I need to get my pcm flashed to stock and if so, then does the tuner I have not do it fully when I install the “back to stock flash”

What is the labor for a 15' f350 dpf/egr delete.

Great video, but I have a quick clarifying question. On the 2015, was there a bracket connected to the rear drivers side threaded stud on the EGR unit shown in your video from 8:05-8:16? In other videos I have watched that seems to be an almost impossible nut to remove without lifting the cab. However, I have read that on the '15 that nut is no longer there.

Does the egr delete require a tune ?

I known this is a year old. But the factory air box gets colder air than these so called cold air intakes. As long as that was a box using fresh grill air its a true cold air. But if its k&n filter it's worse for the engine. Proven that factory motorcraft air filters provide better filtering good up to 500hp+

Honestly this guy didn’t read the instructions very good because the hose he says you don’t use eliminates that ugly metal line with all the kinks in it so it’s not just a random hose in the middle of the engine bay.
