Same. I’ve been majoring in Counseling and now I’m thinking of going into MLS. Instead of graduating in 2 years, it’s going to take me 4 years but I’m willing to do the work. 💕

I’m majoring in Counseling and I’m having a change of heart. I’m extremely interested in MLS and I’m tempted to change my major. I understand it’ll take more time to finish but I’m willing to make sacrifices. I have a really good feeling about MLS because what if I do finish my bachelors and I regret it for not choosing MLS.

Good luck in your program! I'm glad you enjoyed my video. That is a great question. I did not have the opportunity to work in a specific department but yes I do believe people can be paid differently. Experience does play a factor and how much you negotiate your salary. Its best to do a fair amount of research beforehand :)

You get paid more first based off experience(/negotiation techniques) and SECOND volume of work/importance of department, but even so most departments pay same the difference is small
