he also made a mistake on the area its 3.82 rounded out to 4 because you cant round out 3.28 to 4 but you can with 3.82 at least I think so.

The calculation has mistakes. Correct computation will bring 14256. But, the formula itself you have added extra "B". It is (PL square)÷2. Also by using your factor moment formula SI units does not cancel properly. Please rectify and present again. I love your teaching and knowledge you share. Thanks.

14256 is correct computation. But check my other comment the tutor has mistaken in formula itself. He has overwritten extra "B".
