I think she knows this, and instead tries to earn male affection through her words and ideology she espouses. That’s what gives her the ego boost and the feeling of being desired.

Almost no one is getting sole custody if the other parent is sane, has a way to make an income, and is not in prison. You can point to the fact women end relationships but there's nothing wrong with that. Sometimes men cling to toxic relationships, sometimes women do. Sometimes women cheat, sometimes men do. Ending relationships or marriages isnt the reason children grow up fatherless. Irresponsible or immature men getting women pregnant and running is why children grow up fatherless. Women birthing a baby they didn't choose to make is why children grow up fatherless. Men committing crime in an attempt to make money because they don't have marketable skills is why children grow up fatherless. There's a ton of reasons but "women start more divorces than men" ain't one

He already addressed this statistics, it's the statistics of women filing for divorce at higher rates than men. If I remember correctly papa gut mentioned that women are more often the primary caregiver in the home and therefore earn less. So when a relationship ends due to whatever reason, the person with the lowest (or no income) has a higher motivation to get a divorce agreement. They do not have any legal right to marital assets or financial support until a formal divorce agreement is in place. Filing for divorce would be the only choice to secure assets, even if they did not choose to end the relationship in the first place.

Women file for divorce more than men, but most of that is due to infidelity or imbalance in the home life. Most women go into marriage look for partners and help mates too, but most people turn it into your husband is your first child and when that comes to fruition women leave cause why am I raising a grown man and I have 3 kids already. Women aren't leaving marriage in droves just for an alimony/child support check. Alimony isn't solely given to women it's whoever makes the most and 9x10 that's the man. There is a small cluster of women who are being disingenuous about their intentions with marriage and kids but that's not the majority.
