I agree 100% the magnet is way too weak and mine fell off already, and the strap is very tight for me too. They definitely need to do some improvements on this.

Also, its a good idea to replace the lanyard because you will be less likely to use it if you cant fit your hand in it and thats when you will lose it out the window! Heres what i got for $7. You are very welcome, one of the most important tips that I can tell you is that the Micro SD card fall out easily. Make sure to put a clear tape over it when you travel. It is very easy to accidentally press the Micro SD Card down when will then fall out. It happened to me during a critical shooting trip and luckily I had a spare with me, however I did lose the footage on the missing card.

I believe for Property Demo Videos you will be better off to use the follow mode, because of the following reasons. With FPV the camera is not locked with the horizon so you could end up getting shots where the camera is in 45 degree horizontal angel. With Tilt Lock you can't show the ceiling and chandeliers of a property easily, or if you are standing outside you will have a hard time showing the upper level or the roof of the property. Follow will lock the camera horizontally as if it is on a water leveled tripod where you can go up, down, right and left but the horizon will always be paralleled wit the camera frame.

With the current firmware you can only use either the internal or external wireless mic, but they might release future firmware that would allow multiple mic feeds.

Yes I have it, but honestly I am not too impressed with how it latched on to the case. It has a very weak magnet and it keeps falling off. The difference in coverage area between the wide angle and standard lens is also not that significant, they could have done a better job. However I give them credit for minimizing the fish-eye lens effect around the corners when using the wide angle lens.

Yes but it is on the long side, basically if you mount the protective case on your tripod the case will be horizontal to the ground. So you can slide the Pocket 2 on it at a 90 degree angle

Hi, Yes you can use the 3.5mm port for an external TRS or TRRS microphone, the one which looks similar to USB C but has many small holes is for external speaker

The best way to do it is to slightly pull it out form one side and then insert your fingernail in the opening crack, and then pull the other side. You can't pull both sides at once it is just too hard.

Most common cause of that is when people turn it ON while holding it in an angle. Try turning it ON when it is leveled on a flat surface, meaning stand it upright on a table creating a 90 degree angle with the table all around it. Once it's ON then you can pick it up and move it around.

With a new update it's actually Function button turns on the camera facing forward and side button for a selfie.

Once you activate it then you don't need the smartphone or the Mimo app to use it. You can use it by itself and here is a sample of the footage from this camera kzfaq.info/get/bejne/hshzeb2Ht7ino2Q.html

The strap is supposed to go on your wrest as a secondary protection measure. Just in case you drop the camera it will not hit the ground and swing on you wrest instead.
