Devon is THE man. He's my favorite arm wrestler, not only because I am also Canadian, but because he brings fun back into the sport. He strikes me as a big kid. He doesn't have the personality that you would expect from a total killer like he is.

Can i ask what specific angles you would train with the pulley? Also, do you ever use a pulley to train your side pressure? As in, set up the pulley so it's pulling your arm to the side and do some reps on a table? (i imagine this would replicate the kind of resistance you'd get in an arm wrestle, any thoughts on that?)
