Jeah my Idea is adjustable, because its not weld, so i can align it when ever i want

Du hast Dir eine schöne Maschine gebaut, damit kannst Du jetzt eine schöne Fräse bauen und mit den beiden Maschinen baust noch bessere Maschinen, das nennt man Entwicklung. Man findet leider nicht mehr viele junge Leute die so was machen bzw. auch können. Hut ab vor Deiner Leistung, echt toll. Hoffentlich können wir auch mal Deine Projekt damit ansehen, würde mich echt freuen.

Well done, I'm in the process of making 1 myself. But i'm using HI_WIN bearings and trucks. Let me ask you what size motor are you useing and is it an AC with inverter. Thanks

Jes it is an 2,2kW 3 Phase (400V) AC Motor...but 1,5kW is also enugh... My Inverter is powered by normal 1 Phase (230V)

Are you ever limited by not having a hollow spindle headstock? How do you get around not having the ability to pass long stock through the depth of the chuck which is really just a faceplate? An example would be a driveshaft with a welded-on flange.

only the tailstock cost me around 100€ the complete machine with all parts and tools cost me arount 1000€
