That oatmeal and banana will spike my sugar to more than 200-250. Easy... Been typr 1 since I was bout 10 or so.

No way can I eat that for breakfast….cereal? fruit? yogurt? My sugar would fly right up. And how many calories is that? I feel like it might be half a day’s worth. I either eat Eggbeaters, or a couple ounces of low-fat cheese, and I eat this meal around noon. I have a 90 calorie protein bar in the afternoon, and a simple supper. I try to not eat after 9:00 p.m. My A1C is stable now at 5.2, from a high of 13.

No oatmeal is not diabetic friendly and that bowl was away to much food in it .

those to go oatmeal containers have a LOT of Sugar...not something my nutritionist would advise a diabetic to eat

+ flavored yogurt has lots of sugar. and bananas too. ridiculous suggestion to combine everything that is soo sweet for people with diabetes.

I can’t believe the video. They could have chosen someone who looks way healthier to present this video. It would have given it a lot of credibility .Not shaming anyone just a remark.
