I don't remember reading much, until I discovered Archie comic books. I spent all of my time before that coloring and making clothes for my paper dolls. I just love your "warm and fuzzy" birds! The color choices are most clever. I would like to paint my walls with quin gold!! Worms....yah they are pretty icky. I used to throw them and slugs out into the woods but now I find a stick and put the worms in a pot or bed, they are so good for soil. Slugs? That is another story! Thanks for sharing your beautiful paintings. Cas

I have a new problem since finding your channel-I now have many wonderful paintings based on your instructions, and I'm not sure what to do with them! I only have one 7 month old grandchild and I'm already sending her a watercolor postcard every week. Your little birds and other creatures are perfect for that. I think she may have watercolor walls soon. Thank you for this delicious problem. And keep up the charming chatter! I love your dogs, sheep and chickens and their adventures!

Arthur Ransome…Swallows and Amazons and the rest. I absolutely loved those books! Enid Blyton, of course. Rudyard Kipling, Kenneth Graham…I was a great reader.

Just discovered your channel and this art piece makes me smile and I will definitely give it a try. Love your relaxed teaching style as it encourages your students to let go and paint free. The Bobbsey Twins books were the first chapter books I read and I still have them. They were given to me from a friend of my mother’s when I was 8 and they had been her books when she was little. They are copyright from 1915 through 1947. So yellowed and brittle now but still a treasure to me. Thank you for sharing your talent.

I was very stressed because I have to travel a ways with 2 of my dogs to a new location to my vet. Your videos calm me right down. Watching these little birds come to life and listening to your calming voice, I did not need one of my anxiety pills today. thank you for that. My mother used to read the Bobsie Twins. She used to talk about them. My sister and I loved Laura and Little House. We used "persnickety" here in the US I think. I use it sometimes. Such an adorable painting. Thanks.

Super cute and simple painting. And I used to love watching Little House on the Prairie and The Waltons is one of my favorite shows. Have you tried buying just loose tea leaves? You can get the bags and fill them yourself or use one of those diffuser balls you dip in the water. That's strange that your tea is just powdery. I have never had that happen.

I've had this painting on my "must do this next" list for a week... I guess I just wanted to make sure I had the time to go over it carefully the first time. It's a little tricky to try to watch you and do it at the same time, but it worked out ok in the end. Thanks

I agree, with you the world is upside down. I have been so sad about it all. I need your channel to help me come back to center. I’ve been a nurse a very long time. I have seen a lot . But nothing like what the governments have done to people to harm them over the last couple of years. I can’t forgive or forget what they did to so many innocent people.

This is so perfect! Love the softness❤️ Love all your tutorials! I would like to share the idea of Roasted Dandelion Root tea if you don’t mind. Mine is Traditional Medicinals Organic. Since I can’t have caffeine, I found this. I don’t care for decaf coffee😉 closest taste to coffee I have found in a tea! 🙂

I just love these whimsical paintings! So precious. What utensil were you using to erase your pencil marks? I couldn't tell if it was some type of pen or pencil or something else? And where do you get your segmented paint trays? I found the stackable paint cups which I think are charming. I just haven't nailed down your tray.
