A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit ruled Monday that the “Stop Woke Act” “exceeds the bounds” of the U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment right to freedom of speech and expression in its attempts to regulate workplace trainings on race, color, sex and national origin. The appeals court upheld a federal judge’s August 2022 ruling that said the same."

I voted for Biden and have buyers remorse as do many I know who voted for him in 2020. We dont plan on voting for another 4 years of record inflation, skyrocketing interest rates, unaffordable housing, dismal economy and lets not forget the wars started by dictators and terrorists due to Bidens weakness on the world stage. I assure you being an independent biden will lose the independent vote in 2024. Hes been a disappointment to many independents! Not a fan of Trump but have to admit after comparing Biden to Trump we were better off with Trump on many key issues.

Interesting thought - would need to separate private mortage rates from other loan rates... and pray that the other loan rates would do enough to curb inflation. Reason the rate was low was cause economy was bad and needed stimulation - NOT because things were good...!

It was minus $36.00 when was the last time oil went into a negative? So when Covid restrictions were lifted and people were driving again what do you think the oil and gas industry did to recoup those losses? Right they brought back production slowly to keep the supply lower with demand increasing. Powell tried to raise the federal interest rate above 2% when Trump was in office but of course Trump cried like a little baby even though Clinton also had 5% federal interest rate and the stock market was up over 200%.

Nobody on this network ever claimed that. Not one. Massively critical of Biden. You people really can only argue by lies and strawmen any more, can you? Biden is an old, slowing man who broke a lot of his camaign promises and did not fight for several others. He is however a far better president than Trump was. Because he listens to specialists for example, and changes policy if it doesnt work, and has put topic specialists in leadership positions instead of lickspittles he constantly fires. Also he isnt away from governement every third day to play golf. Doesnt have 6-8 hours of "executive time" twitter pauses in his every workday, Didnt force hundreds of secret service poeple to rent his hotel rooms for tens of millions of taxdollars. So yes, Biden is a doddering old man. At least he is not an overweight, criminal, slightly less old guy who wants to be dictator and shoot protesters and end the constitution - all things Trump publicly said.

I'm a long-term methadone patient, and have had a VERY hard time getting information about traveling/moving to other countries. At this point I get a month's worth of medicine, which is liquid. I don't know if I'd be able to take it on a plane in the quantity that I have. No clinic I've been to or spoken with has any idea how to deal with international regulations with regards to guest dosing. Guest dosing is an absolute nightmare _within_ the US, so guest dosing _out_ of the country is a terrifying prospect. Myanmar has very few clinics listed online, Vietnam had none when I looked at moving there a few years ago. These countries are right within the Golden Triangle of heroin production, so I have a hard time believing they wouldn't have methadone treatment, at least in the larger cities. It's a mess.

More people should actually listen to an idea before deciding if it's good or bad. It really doesn't matter what party comes up with the idea, just take some time and think about it. If a democrat comes up with a terrible idea and a republican comes up with the same idea it doesn't suddenly become a good idea because a republican said it, it's still a bad idea.

I voted for Biden in 2020, and I'm voting for him again this year. I hate the aid to Israel, but I definitely don't want Trump in the White House again. I live in Texas, and up to this year, at least, I was able to vote in the Republican primary as a non-registered Republican (I generally don't know where I belong anymore when it comes to parties). I voted for Nikki Haley just to vote against Trump.
