I am an adult with JME. After several drug didn’t work or were not tolerated. I started Keto on my own. It has been miraculous. I only wish someone had taught me this over 20 years ago. Keep up the great work.

I've been on seizures meds for almost 20 years now and am frustrated with being on seizure meds, they are not always helpful. I would like to try the ketogenic diet.
