Priyanka beta Bahot sahi inf di h video men as compared to ur age. Mera experience ke hisab se traditional cast iron utensils were only for dosas n appepatra . Budacha tava/ bida in Marathi we say. Again castiron/ bidacha khalbatta / kolhapuri khalbatta morter n pestle is famous for dry chutaney . For washing I use hot water vinegar plus water with coconut shell cover as scruber. Pure iron vessles I even wash in dishwasher . These vessles can be used for high heating recipes like frying pakodes roasting nuts with salt making tanduri roti using reverse side of kadhai. Just don’t use it for water based vegetable recipes as it becomes black in color. But pithala, sabudana khichadi n all fried recipes like tawa bhaji fried rice awasome in this kadhai

I am using normly iron kadhai for milk boil...so if I used seasoning oil then it will ruin taste of milk then what should I do so that it does not get rust
