This is my favorite song of Dimash and when he performed live in New York, I was there can not hold my tears. It was an unforgettable experience when I and many others Dears from different countries witnessed the proud and emotional moment of Dimash’s realized dream: introduction of his culture and country to the world. Moreover, this is like a story of a small guy fighting vs. Goliath (the record music industry that poisoned the youth with their trash). Remember the World’s Best show when Dimash walked away from the $1 Million prize due to conflict with his culture? And finally was able to set his foot back to the US without the help of the Record music industry.

This has always been my very favorite performance of Dimash since the first time I watched it. I'm so glad you finally reacted to this song. Daididau has a special place for Dimash. He's always performing this song abroad. He's proud and wants to show Kazakh culture to the world. What's not to like? As you can see from Bastau concert he got really emotional as he's performing his own solo concert after The Singer competition. Beautiful yet powerful song.

This song is one of my top favorites from Dimash, obviously i love all his songs but this one just touch my feelings on a deeper level, thanks to Gloria Wu for an amazing work showing the history behind, as is mentioned the song is based of a poem from Magzhan Zhumabayev but i didn't get what "Daididau" ment but when i find out that is how he used to call his beloved, i was in tears listening again to the beautiful song and the way Dimash displays the sorrow and pain. Did you notice that just as his voice soared in the videos of "We Are One" and "Across Endless Dimensions" an eagle took flight. I don't think it's a coincidence that the official animal of Kazakhstan is the golden eagle. I think that the pose Dimash takes at the end of many songs eg. "Opera 2", or especially here, where he's dressed in gold, with his arms outstretched, doesn't mean "Look at me." like some reactors have commented. I think he is symbolically embracing the audience in his "wings".

I'm glad you reacted to both performances. When Dimash sang this in NYC and the audience sang along, it was one of the most moving things I experienced. He was so overcome with emotion that people in America were singing a Kazakh song. I thought my heart would burst. The Dears network is not perfect, but it is the most open, welcoming group I've ever been a part of. I feel that since I got to know Dimash, his music, and the Dears, I have become a more patient and accepting person. I really feel he is changing lives.

Dimash is always wanted to show his culture and music to the world and he succeeded in doing so. This song was originally sang in classical style as you can guess when you watch Gloria Wu channel. Then Dimash has some musical composition changed and he will always sing this version since 2017. He had performed this song in front of Chinese President Xi and President Putin when they made visit to his country at that opera house. Lots of his “ dears” know how to sing this song and “ unforgettable day”, even Russian and Chinese song . He was appointed as Ambassador of Kazakh culture since he was 24 years of age And had spoken in the National Assembly. He was appointed as well as Kazakh- Chinese Ambassador of culture in the same year. The “ shapan” he wore on “ I am a singer “ he auctioned it off and gave them whole proceed to buy equipment for the children with hearing problem . He has been charitable since his early 20 already. On his birthday, unfortunately he was in China for three years without his parents, he will planted thousands of trees to save the earth from climate change. That’s why every year the Chinese dears will plant thousands of trees and name Dimash forest! Awesome don’t you think 🤔 Another thing I like to share is that the spectacular performance and stage arrangement is always at Astana or now they called Nur Sultan. All his concerts were three hours and sometimes can be longer.😘

This Bastau Concert was his first solo concert after the Singer 2017 competition in the same year with an audience of 40,000 people, and total success like all his concert. Dimash is very excited, when he opens his arms like that he means giving a hug thanking the public, then he takes his hand to the heart , he ate saying how much love he feels for his audience and you start so see when he finishes singing he always has a look up.
