The Bastau concert is the last time Dimash has ever performed this song. My theory is that he felt a strong need to reclaim the song after his previous illness had prevented him from giving the song everything he felt about its meaning. In Bastau he allowed the song to inhabit him, he became the child witnessing the death of his parents. My guess is that this level of emotional devastation is something Dimash doesn't choose to repeat.

When Dimash was talking and showing video of his family, he was saying that he first heard this song when he was 10 years old. He loved the story and was moved by how easily one can lose one's family. He spoke of how fortunate he is to have a large, loving family around him always. I loved your very honest reaction. Dimash doesn't simply sing; he speaks his stories through music.

His voice lost again after that performance. He said he hurt so much while he was singing but he kept pushing and don't want to dissapoin his fans. His dedication and passion is awesome. The bastau was one of the most powerful performance.

Dimash feels every song he sings and conveys the message and emotions of it with his voice and performance even when you don’t understand the lyrics. Once he said that he will never sing a song he doesn’t like or he isn’t able to feel. That’s a true artist. I can promise you that you never will get used to it. He captivates you each time and it doesn’t matter how often you listend to a song already. I have listened to SOS about a 1000 times and I’m not tired listen to it. Even when it is the same song every performance is unique and the interpretation of the song is slightly different.

This song made me felt bad and good at the same time in a way because of its tragic story...and yet,happy that the survived child is in care of a kindhearted person. On the other hand... DIMASH being sick during the day of competition and has to go to hospital for temporary treatment seemed impossible for him to sing and the injection on his neck was really scary.Though He was so trusted to have that.....all of us dears were so scared for him specially during his actual performance which he has been unbelievably managed to sing into perfection again. Actually,last year he was interviewed and mentioned this specific situation that made me love and respect him even more...because he said he thought he cannot sing as he lost his voice...and throat was still hurting and no proper voice still even after the treatment.He prayed to GOD (ALLAH) and he felt he gained his voice right at the moment of his performance...and he himself was so surprised because just after singing...his throat was in pain again.That gave me a massive goosebumps! And enormous love to him. Thank you for such a great reaction on both performances.
