The man in a white shirt standing at the end is Igor Krutoy, probably the biggest name in music in Russia. After hearing Dimash, he came out of retirement to write songs just for him. The first one of those is “Olympico”, which is once again, mind blowing and should be your next reaction! Their collaboration has produced masterpieces. If you want a double dose of “Sinful Passion”, I suggest you listen for yourself to “Sinful Passion Moscow Fancam”, which in my opinion is even better, and the camera is on his face the whole time and you can see him do these special voice effects and all the effort he puts into that 23 second run. And the ending is even better. Enjoy!

Thank you, I really enjoy your rection ! We Dears love Dimash not only for his vocal range and his vocal skills that are out of this world, but for the amazing way he can reach the soul of the audience, convey feelings, bring out feelings, no matter what language he sings in, whether we understand the words or not, we can feel his message. Dimash is music, his art is beautiful. Dimash has it all, plus a great stage presence, enormous personal and artistic charisma. He is a musical phenomenon. If you want to see why Dimash got offer a job at the opera see Olimpico / Ogni Pietra, a song written especially for his voice, the best version is from the Dimash-Arnau solo concert. Great sound quality, you can clearly see the charisma of the stage, great light show. About 40,000 spectators attended the concert, many thousands of whom came to Kazakhstan from all over the world to see Dimash kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mtGAhpmlnZrVl2g.html You will be amazed. Greetings from Poland, stay safe and healthy.

///// I offer a little information about the song "Sinful Passion". This song is old. She's over 20 years old. The first performer of this song was a singer from Kazakhstan Batyrkhan Shukenov (he died in 2015). Dimash sang this song for the first time in Russia in Sochi at the New Wave Festival on September 9, 2018. He didn't imitate the first performer. Dimash used all his phenomenal abilities and made a completely different interpretation of this song. I can't remember a single song where the singer changed 5 voices (from baritone to soprano) and 4 octaves in one song. And Dimash did it easily. At the end of the song, Dimash sang vocals for 22 seconds in one breath.Dimash tells a great story and draws us into it. Many viewers cry, others have chills. And all together they sit like under hypnosis.

If you see the original Kazakh singer's performance of this song it is nothing like what Dimash did and he does this on every cover of a song he performs. Can you imagine how singers thinking they did the best performance; feel when they hear Dimash sing their song. Many are not too happy, I have heard. Dimash is a shock to the system hearing him sing.

This is greatness personified, but there are actually more fantastically amazing performances to come, equally jaw dropping and stunning. NOTICE. When you see the bald man at the end of this (Maestro Igor Krutoy), playing Piano for Dimash during a furtue performance, you can be assured it will be magnificent to say the least. They two geniuses have aligned like a once in a millennia celestial event. And, just like when an immovable object meets an unstoppable force, you're gonna see something epic. I thank Covid, slowing down the world. It brought me to Dimash and his music is a cloak of comfort and joy in this time of strife and confusions. However, I'd suggest going back now to The Singer performances, Opera 2 is next. Watching him chronologically is the best way to see his development and progression over the years. Watching him get better is so fulfilling, it give me pride like a mother. Great reaction, thanks 💞🦌

It is a type of yodelling but the women do that in Kazakhstan at Funerals. Dimash included it as a funeral dirge, as a tribute to the lead singer of the band he’s with here, who had a hit with the original song in the 90’s, as he died in 2015. Vocal coaches have said that they have never seen anyone yodel as fast as Dimash does it. From what I can gather it’s quickly transitioning between chest and head voice on the same note....When the band did the original it was more of a pop song, Dimash’s version is very different! The keyboard player actually composed the song. The name of the group is A Studio, the video of the original is on KZfaq if you’d like to see it. Personally, I don’t think much to it though! Dimash gave the song the absolute justice it deserves!

Glad you liked his 007 tux and bow tie. He plays the part well. Dimash is 6 foot 3 and wears suits often for his classical performances. Greetings from the UNITED KINGDOM. The yodeling sound is is a long, wavering, high-pitched vocal sound resembling a howl with a trilling quality. It is produced by emitting a high pitched loud voice accompanied by a rapid back and forth movement of the tongue and the uvula. Ululation is practiced either alone or as part of certain styles of singing, on various occasions of communal ritual events (like weddings) used to express strong emotion practiced in North Africa; other parts of Africa; the Middle East; and Central-to-South Asia, including Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Bengal, Odisha, and Assam in India, and Sri Lanka.

Cover of Sinful Passion by A´Studio. The bass and the piano players were part of that band and the second was one of the songwiters. 8:15 and 10:09 The farewell to the spirits inherited from Turkic/Tengrenist traditions in certain muslim tribes in the ancient Turan to pay homage to the dead .In Spanish I know it as "hammering vibrato". In Iran I heard they call it "che-che". It is an ethnic technique relative to yodeling but needs more control on the notes you sing than in yodeling. An then... a 24 second melisma in one breath

I just found your channel a minute ago with S.O.S. I love not only your reactions but your comments as well. It seems as if you have a musical background and you explain so well the things that matter. I love your voice too and that you keep everything respectful. The keyboard player wrote this song and is the original band, A-Studio. Their original lead singer passed away several years prior. If you look up this song on YT and click on the version by A-Studio, you will see how Dimash made this song his own. The gentleman that stood up in the audience is Igor Krutoy, who at that time was a retired billionaire Russian composer. After this performance, he came out of retirement just to compose music for Dimash, and they work so beautifully together. I am looking forward to watching more of your reactions to Dimash. Hi I enjoyed your reaction. The original performers of this song ,from 1998,are the Kazakhstan band AStudio, who are on stage with Dimash here. The throat warbling part was for a band member who previously left, and died in 2015,apparently. I agree that the song has a sad feeling, I think it's the melody and the cello(I think there's a cello?).Another beautiful song you should check out soon is Love is like a Dream. It also has a sad feel in parts yet it is a love song too.By the way you have a nice deep voice! We really find ourselves at a loss for words when we listen to him sing. He's so freaking talented and has so much power while performing, it's jaw dropping... Maybe to go on, you should check out his performances of "Love is like a dream", "Love of tired swans", "Know", "Olimpico", "Opera 2" and "Passione", for example... You're gonna find out how versatile he is, a true masterpiece ❤

Oh, for fun you should listen to Opera 2. He really plays with the audience in that piece. There are a couple versions-go with the one where he’s younger. Apparently the song’s composer, Vitas, who wrote the piece for himself, won’t let him perform the song again. (Vitas has quite a range as well, but isn’t as technically skilled-there are vids of him performing the song for comparison.)

I believe it's called a glottal trill. Yes common in tribal music. You can practice the basics by trying to hold a note whilst getting your lungs and throat to effectively 'giggle' or chuckle to get that quick stop start airflow thing going.

There’s an amazing Fancam video of Sinful Passion when Dimash sang it at his Moscow concert. It has excellent sound quality and is every bit as impressive as this performance, but very different. Personally I think the last riff is even better IMO (if that’s even possible)! Unlike the video you’ve just reacted to, the camera is on Dimash the whole time in this link: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/q958m9qXq6y5gac.html It’s a year later than the performance you just watched and I think you’ll be able to see an improvement! It’s just epic!

Thanks for reaction again! As for the musicians. Of course, they are well acquainted with Dimash and therefore do not express such violent emotions. Although the bassist looks a little funky at the end. After all, they are also from Kazakhstan, like Dimash. This song Sinful Passion is their longtime hit. And it was written by the same man at the keyboards. This is Baigali Serkebaev - he is also the leader of this group A-Studio.

I’m not sure that was a goat trill, but I’ve heard other reactors mention that term, and it comes as close as anything I’ve found. I have heard something like it in Middle Eastern music. And if you play that run that follows again, you’ll notice he goes on and on and ON without taking a breath, no evidence of strain, consistent support, even when he’s bouncing around. Every time I hear that run I feel like I’m out of breath by the end.
