Simple and effective! LOL I would never give away my FAL besides if I died in a freak accident and left it in my Will to someone lmao, elsewise it will be with me FOREVER hahahahahahahaha

One more thing, I am glad you clarified avoiding stuff that can get you hurt. Unless they are training to go into the military, the avg person should avoid trying to copy what those people are required to do. The training is designed to weed people out, and like any other athlete, the people who do make it a career will have a high peak and a relatively short shelf life. Almost every vet I know has some sort of permanent injury from their time in the service. Just my two cents.

Not wrong in large there. While there is practicality to things like the ACFT and old APFT and things like Obstacle Courses, you really need to be smart about them. Can confirm, my knees pop like Popcorn and my back and neck are JACKED lol.

Great video. My main loaded carries are my kids lol. I do a basic resistance program 2-3 times per week, but I agree being able to carry things, especially for distance, is a useful skill. I also have 70# kettlebells with thick handles and a weight vest and I will walk my property which includes a hill. Too many people overcomplicate things. Just build general strength, then practice the things you need to be able to do.

Sup, DJ!🤙 Once a month I go up and down a 100 yard hill like a mountain to get water at a local spring. About 40 gallons in used 4 gallon water jugs. Rest of the month...🤔😅
