Good morning! Great video, topic and content! Sometimes, based on your current living situation, you have to think outside the box a bit. Someone living in the suburbs, may have a little different look to the setup, as to someone rural. However, trying to get yourself rural is probably the best. And yes, like Fattie said, definitely a moat!!!! lol Take care my friend!!

Oh yeah for sure, was just using questions brought up as an example for the application (I work as a senior advisor/ consultant assessing sites for clients in part), the dynamics for how it applies for my current spot are a bit different, but like I've said with various logistics related videos now, contingencies are in a tiered place for maximum sustainability and effectiveness ;)

An often misunderstood and overlooked concept. The military calls it defense of a complex battle position. Key word “complex”. Too many people oversimplify it because they watch too many dystopian movies or tv shows that allow the protagonists in some kind of walled compound to get away with point defense.

Yep!!! It's definitely a fine balance of keeping things concise but also comprehensive and understanding that there's core fundamentals that apply across the board, but also a lot of room for individual augmentation/ adaptation to fit the gamut of needs.

I made a video about this a while back because I was getting a lot of questions from homesteaders about how to defend their homes and communities.

How heavy of a gravel defense perimeter would u make like how far from the home with like sand bags or gravel piles etc
@DJTheMetalheadMercenary3 ай бұрын
Layered practice-- at the edge of your property perimeter, or for fighting positions/ OP's placed in sensible and optimal positions around your perimeter and at any access control points (entries/ exits to the property or neighborhood, however you have it set up). Insofar as how heavy, as heavy and as high/ steep as you can make it, if you want to get or make hesco walls and fill those, do it.
