Problem with your team is the players not the coach. Do what Klopp did, sell old players, get new one that fit the coach plans.

A major clearout is needed and build around good players like Højlund, Mainoo, Garnacho, Martinez and likely also Mount. A new progressive manager with great man-management and charisma is likely needed for a rebuild. Need to be ruthless about players that doesn't show up like Rashford. No more loan stop gaps, or overpaying for players, but hungry players that want to develop and fight.

ETH may have to go , it seems he's definitely lost the squad suddenly over the last few weeks and his message / philosophy clearly no longer resonating ; which is hard to come back from. But the squad is diabolical as well and decimated by injuries ; yesterday basically no CBs , no LB , no DM - Evans and Mount not fully fit , Casemiro and Eriksen finished. Its that same downing tools pattern we saw at the end of Jose , Ole and Ralf. Wouldn't be surprised if som of that toxic element trying to corrupt that young star trio. The worst problem we have is our injury disaster. For most of the season over half the main players have been injured, and our depth is also all injured at the moment. Constant changing of the team due to these injuries is not helping the players either. I do, however, think that, despite the injuries, he has lost the confidence of most fans and the board. Unless we win the cup (some hope with these inexperienced players) he will be sacked at the end of the season.
