I thought potential witnesses get to do depositions first and they get shortlisted by the lawyers as to who can testify during the trial without changing their testimonies as they were made under oath. Character witnesses are important in civil trials, so given her past relationship with JD it only makes sense that one of the sides would call her in to get a description of johnny's behavior when they were together to try and use that as proof of, in this case, Johnny having a history of jealousy and violence. As a survive for a DV I agree 100% with your analysis of how the situation seems to come across. Also when I was being abused even if it was just verbally at the time I would never ever taunt my ex because I knew how quickly the verbal could turn physical. And the only thing that was keeping me in that position was I was a teenager I truly did not know that that was not OK and as soon as I got old enough to realize I got away as quick as possible. She was an adult with money with plenty of friends that she could’ve easily of gotten away if it was truly happening. She has come across very much as the aggressor and she’s admitted to hitting him and anytime he says it to her she downplays it like it ain’t abuse because she’s a woman and since she can’t physically hurt him as bad that it don’t count. I was a fan of Johnny’s since the first time I seen crybaby when I was very young. Therefore I feel I have a biased look at it I’ve tried to be very open minded to it and there were times to where I did questions things but at the end of the day the evidence speaks the truth and it has proven that Amber was an abuser and she purposely went out of her way to do what she could to defame Johnny and ruin his credibility in his career

@@alishajones9411 I was abused on several marriages , I sure saw this mess from every angle , I once only reacted in a way that could have cost me my whole life , I reacted badly during one abuse and snaked him with a glass bottle, I could have killed him, if ever you find you r in this mess, run run as far s you can just run, god will give you a landing ,
