Just FYI bldgs 62, 63, &64 have elevators. We lucked out and were on the 3rd floor in bldg 62 and the elevator was a must for the end of the night after walking in the parks all day

On my last trip to Disney my wife and I stayed at a one bedroom here. Absolutely spectacular--that room was definitely a high point of the trip. However, I will note that Old Key does have some downsides as well. First is that there is not a lot of food on site--Olivia's is excellent, but besides a small food window and a pool bar (which is superb) there is not a lot of options. If the boat is running to Disney Springs this opens up a lot of other options, but when we were there (due to a pandemic) there was no service. Another issue is transportation; which is only by bus. This is a LARGE resort--It has 5 bus stops. We quickly learned to go to the one the bus stops at FIRST--because it was very common for the bus to fill before it got to the stop closest to our rooms. These are minor faults, but they do exist; also know that only a few rooms have elevators; this can suck after a typical 20,000 step Disney day. Despite all that, this is one of the most quiet, pleasant places I've ever stayed, and the rooms, compared to a typical hotel room, are spectacular.

The most spacious accommodations on property , if traveling with a large group or family you definitely can’t go wrong with the 2 bedroom villa , growing up , was always stayed there .

Great video! There aren’t standard rooms, but there are studios with kitchenettes plus one, two and three bedroom villas. These are the largest rooms anywhere in Disney. It’s a lovely resort❤️ Oh, there are two buildings with elevators, too.

Old Key West is the first DVC resort and all the rooms are DVC villas. The single rooms are studios, plus the 1, 2, and 3 bedroom villas like most people associate with DVC. I've heard the rooms are great for large groups, so I might stay there if we do a big family trip, but it's not my first choice.

They are all DVC villas, but can be rented out via the Disney World website.

We had a timeshare that bordered Animal Kingdom. The rooms look very similar to these. I was always hoping Disney would buy our resort ha ha... never happened. 😎

9:22 they have ice machines by the bus stops.

Correction: There are elevators, not many but there are some. Resort may be large but feels like a small community Buses will get you where you need to go quickly within the resort
