Surrounded by the woodlands along the Sassagoula River, the Treehouse Villas are an enchanting hideaway just a walk or boat ride away from the heart of Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and Disney Springs.
The Disney Vacation Club (DVC) is a vacation timeshare program owned and operated by Disney Vacation Development, Inc., a subsidiary of Disney Signature Experiences, a division of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, a segment of The Walt Disney Company. It allows buying a real estate interest in a DVC resort via a flexible points-based membership system. There are an estimated 220,000 club members
The first Disney Vacation Club property, known as the Disney Vacation Club Resort (later renamed Disney's Old Key West Resort in January, 1996), opened on December 20, 1991 at Walt Disney World.[4] In 1991, Disney had registered its time share plan with the state of Hawaii but did not establish an escrow agreement with Hawaii at the time of its creation. This allowed Disney to advertise its time share company in the state but did not allow for sales.[5] On January 17, 1992, Disney Vacation Club was incorporated as Disney Vacation Development, Inc.[6]
On March 30, 1993 Disney Vacation Development Inc announced plans for a 440-unit time-share resort 95 miles south-east of Walt Disney World in Florida[7] with ground breaking on July 28, 1994. This resort hotel, today known as Disney's Vero Beach Resort, opened on October 1, 1995, as the Vacation Club Resort at Vero Beach, Florida.[8] Disney would then open Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort just five months later on March 1, 1996 in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.[9]
Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas opened its first phase in 2007 at $17,000 for a membership. By September 17, 2008, Disney Vacation Development had two new time share properties being built, Bay Lake Tower and Treehouse Villas in Orlando at existing Disney park hotels and both were to open in 2009. Bay Tower was expect for its timeshares to open at $18,000.[10]

I remember when the treehouses were first being built & we were staying at Port Orleans. Every time we went to the then “Downtown Disney” we had to take a boat by the tree houses. I so wanted to stay at them at some point but have yet to do do! Can’t wait till I get to watch your experience later on😎! 😁

Hi Nate, my friends and I stayed in Treehouse 7049 the first week of December snd we loved it. I’m a DVC member and Saratoga Springs is one of my home resorts. The Treehouse was so comfortable and roomy. I would definitely recommend the Treehouse to families, it sleeps 9 people. I really did wonder while watching the video about all the food you were cooking😆 Your excitement at staying there is so fun to watch , so glad you enjoyed it!

“FULLY STOCKED”.... (..Small bag of snacks). Love it. Not too shabby. Check-in/out times have to do with keeping the room rented - not many want to check in at midnight (clean up takes time)

I am watching this for the 2nd time. I was with JanS Disney1974 in December, there were 4 of us. The Treehouse Villas are beautiful, comfortable and quiet! Loads of space and amenities. I was in the bunk bed room. I lasted on the top bunk less than a half hour!! We had a wonderful time! Hope you enjoyed your stay Nate!

I love how you focus on the smaller details. That's why I smile every time I see a new upload from you dude. Because those are the little happy moments that stick with you. Yes big rollercoasters are fun, but I enjoy how you communicate the "experience". The charcoal on the grill, the locks on the doors, the birds chirping, and the coffee dripping. Hi, this was great relaxing fun. The Treehouse Villas are one of my favorites, I hope to stay there maybe in the future. I'm happy you were able to fulfill a dream to stay there. Your kid like happiness made me smile in happiness for you ☺️. The grilling out looked so good, and I love S'mores too. When I was a teenager we would have a grill out or bonfire cooking and S'mores in a forrest and in tents. Memories rushing in.☺️ Anyway, These are great, The Treehouse Villas are very nice and roomy, the pool area seems very nice too. Definitely a great place to stay if you can. I absolutely LOVED this video! I’ve watched a couple of other vloggers stay in the treehouses recently and your video was a million times better than any of theirs. You made the resort look like so much fun and showed us much more than they did. I want to stay there now!

Thanks for the excellent video! Great job, as usual. I have never seen the Treehouse Villas up close so it was a learning(and fun) experience for me. You're right, it reminds me of Fort Wilderness as well. Yeah man, the top bunk is the bomb...
