Friend of 20 years, previous Fan Club President and current confidant, Craig Dunn, joins Sara on this week’s episode of Diving in Deep. The two share how it's only fitting that Dunn started by running website, Fan Club, and selling merchandise on the road, and is now her current manager of over 12 years. In this episode, they talk about how they met through Sara’s ex-husband, who was an aspiring politician at the time.
The breaking point of Sara’s first marriage and the traumatic divorce that followed, was ultimately the event that bonded her and Dunn together. They also recap the experience of Sara starring on the hit ABC show, Dancing With the Stars (2006), as a mother of three young children and how Dunn was there to support her through it all. Sara and Craig share how their affinity for one another has built trust and a life-long friendship.

I think Craig needs to be a permanent co-host. I’m just saying! His personality is amazing, you can tell Sara just loves and adores him, same for him. Gosh that breaks my heart for you having to go through all of that whilst the public eye just poking! They’re vultures. I DID NOT WANT THIS EPISODE TO END!

So glad Sara had Craig and other True Friends. Friends like that are so rare and precious.💯❤️ When you're falling apart🤯 but can't😳 cause you have family👶👶👶 that depend 🍼🍼🍼🧴🧴🧴🍶🍶🍶on you👩‍🍼, those true friends are as important as breathing. You're gonna hurt, but they ease your pain, even if just for a moment. I miss my true friends. Ugh divorce is so awful and tragic and traumatizing no matter if it’s amicable or volatile, while you’re in it… mine was amicable but I was heartbroken and I remember drinking wine and smoking cigarettes on the patio with my best friend, when my boys were in diapers freaking out and crying and laughing then crying again. 😵‍💫😅 Love this conversation! 🩵

Craig is a real one. Good for Sara. 🫂🩷 not easy finding real friends being a star. 👍🩷 not an easy job either. My brother is a CMA as well. I can’t read comments about him or it makes me homicidal! lol. So I can’t imagine how your peeps felt during your divorce. 😢😢🫂🫂
