In this video, I found exposed rebar in two concrete piers. Luckily, there is a solution to fix the piers but I need to do it fast...

I just covered few rocks in my driveway property. I paid $150 cdn per truck load 12 cubic yard of clay based soil . One truck would cover this rock.

That rock though 😂 quite indestructible I can’t believe how big the footprint of your cabin is! Are you going to do all the framing on your own?

From a structural standpoint, those defective piers should be replaced. They would never pass inspection in my area.

They were actually patched with 4000 psi concrete and are doing great months afterwards. Thanks for your thoughts. 👍

I’m not a structural engineer, but that was my thoughts as well. Pretty sure you can’t just patch concrete like that and expect the same structural integrity
