I cannot thank you enough for this video! I'm a woman in my late 50's, we're harvesting our two pigs this weekend. My husband is physically limited in what he can do (recently lost all toes on his right foot due to diabetes), so a lot falls on my shoulders. I was able to build this tripod today, but I used the all thread with an 18 inch linked chain and a couple of quick links to hang from the all thread rod. I didn't realize how big this would be, but I am very pleased! I used a ¾ inch paddle bit instead of an auger bit, and while it took a while longer to punch through, it worked a charm. Thank you!
