3:45 He's wrong. The whole estate is private property. The whole estate is one plot of land. Elbit only lease their bit of the estate. They only have authority within the fencing. The extra bollards is just an arrangement with the estate owner, not a demarcation of what they lease.

Maybe, but that road wasn't gated at the entry to the estate and is therefore a 'highway', by being a road to which the public has access.

i just wander what he stood to gain from being on private property. he had a good vantage point from the bollards, why did he need to go the extra 6-8 metres in? saddens me to say it but it appears it was just an action to get a reaction for the camera.

Why is that security guard wearing the defaced Union Jack? Proper poor attitude straight out the blocks, you can tell the power trip he has by having a radio ..... you're a security guard, get over yourself.... You can tell the older security guard has some anger issues, almost started hyperventilating. Other security wasn't that bad compared to the old one.

So they make effective weapons. Good to know. As a career serviceman it pisses me off every time I hear about the laws of war. There is one rule and that is to win. Winning doesn’t mean killing all the enemy, just removing the enemy’s willingness to fight. That might mean demolishing their entire infrastructure systems (power, water, sewage, roads and bridges, etc), or it could simply require taking out their central government. And then some times it means taking out entire armies efficiently and with the least loss of life to one’s own persons. CBU’s work WP works Flechettes work Napalm works So napalm has been “banned” as being in humane. Napalm however is just an inert metallic substance that thickens fuel to make a fire bomb more effective by minimizing unturned fuel due to being spread too far from the ignition point. So they banned napalm because it’s inhumane and everyone went to an even more efficient thickener which is basically the styrofoam beads found in a bean bag chair. Same results but not banned.

DJ, this location BAE Systems Glascoed, Usk NP15 1XL is an allegedly closed underground munitions factory, but I have been reliably informed they have been recruiting like mad with loads of overtime available to ramp up making ammunitions, all the locals know it's active, as your in the Bristol area it might be good to have a look, maybe see something with the drone, and you will quickly prove what we all know and think by the interaction you might get. One explanation for the bollard location is if they were closer to the gate then then it could cause issues with space to keep vehicles waiting whilst the bollards are locked and the gate remains closed. As there's no vehicular access to H1 from that road they could have come to an agreement for that location of the bollards but that doesn't mean the bollards demarcate their property.

Security having the visitors list clearly visible is one breach but there is another one - Elbit should not have passed visitors confidential data to a third party ie the Security firm without individual consent - that is also a breach of GDPR.
