The receptionist was very polite and professional . unlike biff boff with his walkie talkie . Had to fetch a lady to handle his business for him in a civilized manner , I was pleased to see the set side , mixed wood and the water feature . not sure if they get commission for eco friendly planning criteria .

Why is the guy so ashamed of their HQ? Part of the design and landscaping was to compliment the local environment. The Toyota HQ opened 30 April 2001 and 150,000 ft2 on 14 acres. The young lady in reception was perfect. The right amount of help and professionalism. She represented Toyota excellently. The male in grey was a train wreck of a security guard. The lady in pink was better however with her talk, demand and not listen attitude. It would not surprise me if she were an ex-police constable. Once the message got through that the drone was going up, she resigned herself that there was nothing legal they could do. It was the old stand-by "Have a nice day" talk and walk.

I love how polite and honest you are with these people but have you ever thought of just saying to the real obnoxious ones that you will conform to their request and when they go back in send your drone up anyway ?

I remember my days working there the manger was always very hands on with other staff

he didn't tell you to leave site, but he did confirm(when you asked) that you were not allowed to walk around site taking video with the zoom cam so you were going to go back out with the drone. keep yourself right as these are the details that could work against you if any of these companies ever take civil action against you 👍

The building at 25:30 you refer to appears to possibly be a historic house which has sold off part of it's estate. The grounds are carefully planted with iconic trees, all with some age, so well established. It's nice to see not everything is bulldozed. Back at Toyota that big pond will turn into a stinking swamp in the near future. These landscape features are never properly maintained in the long term. Lots of trees will eventually obliterate view of, and into, the expensive architecture. But it all looks so pretty now.
