I tried out eBay injectors myself and it was such a waste of time and money. The fuel rail was getting proper pressure but the eBay units weren't spraying properly and caused a DTC for a "fuel cut". It was so much hassle trying to narrow down the root cause. Fortunately, I kept the original units and was able to take them to a local specialty shop for rebuilding.

I just tried some e-bay injectors, I'st thing I noticed was my fuel gauge was going down fast than before. Motor seemed to run ok though. Anyway, I checked the plugs & they were black-Rich conditions now, big time. Put my old ones back in.

6:20 0psi on the gauge... you need to bench flow those one at a time so the gauge is always at 43psi. unplug 3 of the connectors... the little pump in that unit cant bench those at that duty cycle. some people replace the pump in those with a higher end unit that uses actual fuel pumps... one 80gph pump to pick up the fuel and another 80gph pump to run the injectors. like the summit racing bosch 044, two of them... have to change a lot of stuff around for it to do that, takes up more space...

Looks to me like the OE injectors have a much superior spray pattern. Atomization doesn't look very good with the ebay injectors. I don't doubt others have used the ebay injectors, but they're pretty far from optimal spray pattern.

the 42lb/hr green one's work better then the 400'000km OEM 19lb/hr injectors... tho fuel pump head room so the pressure stays flat, that spiritic 5-10psi on the gauge is a mess on the sensor readings. "but those 42lb green's were said to have a non-fire problem above 50psi, all I find is that they run till the car smokes like a Cummins and burn everyone's eyes trying to run at that same pressure of 70psi the yellow 19lb/hr injectors needed just to run the engine". 20psi at idle 40psi under engine load... more sea foam cleaner and axles?

i got a question if I have oem injector 1pin hole @ 243.8cc p/m and swap for 4pin hole 232.1cc p/m, will the 4pin hole spray more fuel than the single pin hole? can the 5.9L magnum benefit from 4pinhole vs the oem 1pin hole?
