Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I love this conversation ESPECIALLY in 2023! As a woman I want to be a helpmate to my partner in whatever capacity I can. That’s why it’s important to build a solid foundation based on what works for the 2 of you and not based on what society says is standard. If I need to support from the back , the sideline or lead in the front WITH my partner I’ll do it. God calls us to be a HELP-mate for a reason.

The Beautiful thing about this is learning how to support one another even if your with someone who doesn't talk much. My husband is sometimes slow when he needs to apologize. He will do little things that he wouldn't do if he was still mad. It's cute! So, If I pay too much attention looking for the words, I would miss that the language his different. Putting in that effort truly has made the difference.

His wife is behind the scenes, but she is showing her support by supporting him in all that he does. I love that!! There is no cookie-cutter way to show support. I think that trying to format people in the way you want to be supported can backfire on you. You need to work together to come to a place where both people are happy. This was so good!
