Do rust converters work? Wurth rust converter vs Brunox epoxy rust converter. I applied them on steel and leave them in water with acid for 1 week. vrcustoms.net/

So which one worked the best in your opinion? :)

maybe brunox cause it also has epoxy in it. But both will be ok.

I know the brunox is supposed to be applied atleast twice or thrice with 2 hour spaces inbetween before being dried for like 12 hours before next coat. Did it survive in that bottle of acid with just one coat? And what kind of acid was it? Sorry, the product is a product on my workplace and im trying to figure out the effectiveness. I work on a ship.

Just one coat of both. I let them dry and then put them in vingar and water mix

You put waaaayyy too little on your brush. You are supposed to use it LIBERALLY. Amateur !

Brunox is the worst product. Dont use them. I have had experience as a sandblaster

So what do you suggest instead? Or any other rust stopping solutions?

I second your opinion. Tried it even with double coats and three months later I have to redo everything. I'm going to try Wurth instead.

Best use CRC rust kill. Apply epoxy primer then apply 2k paint
