Good morning. When garlic turns a blueish green colour is when an enzyme breaks down, it is safe to eat. It can happen when you pickle garlic, the enzyme is called allicin. It is not mold so no need to throw out the garlic. I like the way you are thinking these days. I have started to think that I only have so much time in a day, and I can only do so much. So I am not pushing myself to do so much even when I am at work. What gets done gets done everything else will get done the next day. Love your channel and have learned a lot from you and Aaron. You should feel definitely blessed to have no humidity when it’s so hot. I can walk outside and do NOTHING when it’s in the 80’s and break a sweat. I TRY to do most of the harder garden chores in the spring when the temps are in the 60’s and low 70’s . In the fall it’s our rainy season so it’s very hard to get outside when the temperatures are cooler so in the spring I HAVE to work like a crazy person to get any major things done or I’m out of luck and have to wait until the following spring. 🌺💚🙃
