Hello friends!! Today I am sharing a no-bake carrot cake, vegan, healthy, gluten-free and refined sugar-free! Tell me if you try it!

INGREDIENTS
🥕2 medium-sized carrots
🥕1 cup or 200 g of dates
🥕1 cup or 100 gr of grated coconut
🥕Cinnamon or nutmeg
🥕1 cup or 100 gr of almond flour. You can also use oats or the flour of your choice.
