Today we are going to prepare a super healthy apple pie, tender, and delicious. We will not need an oven, because we are going to make it in the pan. This cake is perfect for breakfast, as a dessert, or as a mid-afternoon snack. It's light and made with very nutritious ingredients like apples and oats and best of all, it's delicious.
INGREDIENTS
🍎 3 small apples
🍎 The juice of half a lemon
🍎1 and a half cups (150 grams) oat flour
🍎 4 tablespoons of panela or coconut sugar or your favorite sweetener
🍎 1 teaspoon baking powder
🍎 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
🍎 ¼ cup oil
🍎 5 tablespoons of vegetable milk
🍎 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
🍎 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
