Hello Ramyun and Chill fans! We're writing to update you on the status of Ramyun and Chill season 2. Unfortunately, we did not reach our previous funding goal on Kickstarter, but we are still actively pursuing other funding options. While we are still looking for partners who are interested in funding a full-scale, high-quality production of season 2, in the meantime, we have created a spin-off series that will explore the same question of whether love can transcend language and cultural barriers. This short-form series will explore the challenges and joys of international dating in Korea, and we hope it will resonate with our viewers. We believe that international relationships can be incredibly rewarding, but they also come with unique challenges. Our goal with this series is to open a space for discussion about the cultural differences, conflicts, and scenarios that can arise in international relationships. We want to learn from our viewers and share their experiences with the world and Korea. We know that you've been patiently waiting for season 2, and we want to thank you for your continued support. This spin-off series might not be what you have been expecting, but know that this project can act as another stepping stone. This project was, after all, partially funded by the government which recognized the significance of RNC season 1. Finally, we would like to ask for your support. 3 date rule used to confuse the heck out of me. I just think we're friends and then BAM oh...should we keep seeing each other? Like, what? I thought this was a friendship level thing 😅 just chilling with a friend. Major cultural difference because in the States, most of my friends are guys, and I also have 4 brothers. So, hanging out with guys in that way was normal.

Ahhh I like it so much, I see what you doing there. We often scared and end up ruining things for lack of communication, cultural differences and not communicating how things are done culturally but also if you plan on dating a foreigner (both ways) don’t be too in the culture cause you will block your foresight of seeing that a good thing can come out of your relationship if you decide to build it according to your personality not what outsiders might say. You have to be open minded and ready to learn the other person. ( open minded is not being easy by the way 🙄 someone is just open to get to know anyone outside their race, culture and staff) the limiting factors All the best to all who decide to go on that journey ❤

This is so sad to see this scripted mess. My daughter and I were legit sddicted to watching every episode from season 1 but this is such a desperate disappointment in comparison. Sadly DKTV didn't do their research 2 ensure continued support from the biggest fandom in the universe by failing to encourage the cast to pick BTS over Black Pink during the post show exit interviews. I was pleased to see maybe 2 of them pick BTS, but the rest of them did not. I am ARMY through and through and I was personally offended to see many of them diss BTS, so I took my attention and my coins elsewhere. Now season 2 is a scripted flop. Very hard lesson to learn.
