It was actually WONG who asked Wanda why she couldn't have America just transport her to another multiverse and live out her life there with her kids. Wanda basically said she didn't want to risk possibly losing them forever, again, (them dying or getting sick etc) so she'd just take the power instead and use it whenever necessary, it's kinda like having a fail safe in case something went wrong (i.e suppose they die or whatever in the new universe she gets transported to, she'd be right back where she started, having the power changes that cuz she could just go to another universe on her own).

I like Dr. Strange a lot more now, he is the one everyone comes to when something is wrong and even tho Wanda had more power bc of the Darkhold but Strange still got that dreamwalking and turned those souls into a cape and starting messing with Wanda, point is, hes the hero that is constantly protecting the entire world, not just a block or a city. And Raimi definitely loves to show heroes struggle with their real life bc of their hero life and I love seeing that, it reminded me of Spider-Man 2. He got that third eye at the end of the movie, something tells me hes about to get a lot more OP in DS 3 and maybe reach that Sorcerer Supreme status. As for Professor X, the fact that MCU played the X-Men cartoon theme when he showed up just tells me they know exactly what they are doing. Not only that but the "incursions" the Illuminati and Clea were talking about is probably how the X-Men are introduced bc it is when two universes collide. The MCU might collide with a new X-Men universe.

My biggest WTF moment in the movie. When they went through that floating door to get the book, all strange had to do is closing the door behind them. I don't think Wanda had to spell to open it...🤷🏽‍♂️

i know yall disliked the illuminati for being arrogant but that ius exactly what they are and have been in the comic books. the point of them is that they underestimate their enemies even with thanos they needed the book. the reason why he didnt choose the other possiblity of using the book is because it caused a conjuction of 2 universes which means 2 universes clashed and died. they said it in the movie.

This movie was better than I expected, but at the same time I needed more. Dr Strange character overall in the MCU didn't elevate after this film. I felt the film should have been 2 plus hours and maybe 3 more small cameos. Wanda wrecking Professor X was kinda weird to me because she's not as strong as the Phoenix from X Men which always gave him problems.Captain Carter looked tasty. Seeing Professor X and Richards on the same screen was epic. CGI A-, Pacing B+, Directing B-, Characters B-, Character Development C+, Story B-, Action B+, Villian A-. Overall I gave it a B+.

I really enjoyed this film overall. I wanted to love it but I'll see how I feel about it on second watch. I love that the mcu let raimi take more risks with the dark horror elements of the film. Wanda was on demon time the whole movie😂 Definitely my favorite character from the movie. I liked doctor strange more in this film than in previous one's hes been in. I didn't mind America Chavezs character but she was only important because of her power. I feel like she would've been a better character if her motivation was finding her parents. I was lit when I seen John Krasinski as Mr. Fantastic as well as the Goat Professor X. Just seeing the xmen and Fantastic four characters on screen just gets me excited for the future of the mcu. This movie gets a B+ for me. W review as always league🔥

With the possibility that Dr. Strange saw in Infinity War was before the sacred timeline broke at the end of Loki. Once the timeline was broken anything could happen. Like in No Way Home, Strange had done the spell before on Wong to forget some parties they had. It worked fine because the timeline was still whole. Once it broke, the spell became unpredictable should someone tamper with it while it’s being conjured.

I dont think this spoils Infinity war/endgame with Dr Strange saying there was only 1 way to beat Thanos. He said this just before their battle with Thanos on Titan-- however, in the 'other' universe, you can see Thano's dead body on Titan and Dr Strange on his knees, having been corrupted by the book. So at that point where Strange was looking at all the different possibilities, the other Strange had already had the book for some time. Other events in his universe had also taken place. So that 'possibility' had already come and gone for our Strange. It was no longer viable.

Back when this movie was supposed to come out before no way home Chavez was supposed to debut in no way home and would have been responsible for the other spider men coming to the mcu. You're wrong. Slyvie from Loki is still the reason why the multiverse is exposed, even Kevin Feige confirmed it at the red carpet. Kang the Conqueor is going to be one of the ultimate villian in this Phase and probably the next Phase too because he's a threat to the multiverse since he cause the multiversal war to begin, separating the Sacred Timeline (Main Universe) to begin with. But its all good, all of us are confused of certain elements, but I think its just because we have to rewatch by design because of how deep the multiverse concept really is.

I love this movie but I agree a lot of shit didn't makes sense. I loved how the movie used key words like having Wanda say she's trying to find a universe where she can be with her KIDS but not her FAMILY. Last time I checked the reason she did what she did in WandaVision was because Vision died. Also that show never explained what happened to white vision after he flew away. This movie could've had Wanda and White Vision trying to find their kids.....or just have fucking Wanda make her kids again since she made them in the hex

Movie was ok overall. I wasn't too blown away by the spectacle or camoes but maybe that was because of spoilers everywhere 😮‍💨. The darker elements and deaths were refreshing to see. Wanda as expected put in work and was the highlight so for that I'll bump it up to a B. However I don't feel the need to rewatch this movie which minus Eternals has been the trend as of late. MCU needs to pick it up

First of all, I told you were going to enjoy this movie and Dr. Strange wasn't going to be telling kiddy jokes. But that's because you have to base it on the tone of the movie, and who movie it is. Spiderman was Spiderman's movie and Tom Holland is young so they can adjust some characters around that vibe for the sake of creativity. Secondly, if yall just watch all of Wandavision from start to finish, some of this confusion will clear up in terms of Wanda's plot points lol. All of it makes sense to me. Clearly the way WandaVision ended, we already knew Wanda was going to be the villian in Multiverse of Madness, but we just didn't know if it was going to be temporarily and if there was going to be another main villian. Also, didn't Wanda walk through that portal that America Chavez created, but her kids were scared of her? I need to watch the movie a second time, but I thought all of that was clear as water. I do agree with yall in terms of Wanda could've just controlled America Chavez powers from the get-go, with her manipulation mind control powers, and that plotline could've wrapped up really early in the film.

The intensity and tone that was in the Wanda vs Illuminati sequence should have been through the entire film. Seeing Wanda so evil all of a sudden suddenly was jarring, especially coming off WandaVision. Sometimes it felt a lil cheesy because of it. But I know it's because the dark hold corrupted her, but it would still would have been nice to see more of depth into that. Her best moments was when she was visually portrayed as like a demon, like being all deformed coming out the reflection , snapping Xavier's neck lookin like a ghoul or sumn, then her limping all bloodied up like Carrie lol. Those were tight. Overall a decent 7, very enjoyable but quite rushed and messy. I'm surprised y'all liked it that much all considered. I thought this shared some of the flaws of IW in a lot of shock, wow and action in a messy movie.

America Chavez had the greatest character arc in the MCU

Sam Raimi should’ve been handled Doctor Strange since 2016. Elizabeth Olsen did a great job in this movie and Doctor Strange was much better utilized in this film. I loved the Illuminati cameos and having John Krasinski as Mr. Fantastic was great because I wanted him to play him. Always a pleasure to see Sir Patrick Stewart. Dope film and even better sequel.

The first movie was better

There is so much wrong with the movie, from plot, characters, some visual effects, and story. From the start the beginning scene was awful, one why wanda sending these monsters instead of her going to find America from the rip is just silly, strange taking her power to kill her, instead of just killing her is just silly, strange not using any powers when u had the monster in a box (like the freeze ray) is just silly. Then America sucks herself and Strange in the portal but not the monster. That’s just silly. Fast forward to the second fight scene is far worst. 1st wong shoulda died from his free fall, why strange had problems with the 2nd monster, when u could’ve simply used the buzzsaw, that cat monster he used to cut the car, hell he could’ve used the that imaginary magic he used to cut its tentacles off earlier in the fight. Or better yet use the portal to transport him somewhere, or cut the mofo. Then we get to wanda the most fucked up character Disney fucked up. From powers that simply makes no sense in a logical sense Ex. (How and the hell did escape the mirror dimension when it’s difficult to get out. ( why are you walking to chase Strange and the girls when u can fly). Also how is it she kills mr fantastic and black bolt easily, but ur combating Capt Carter and marvel (turn them into spaghetti, use ya telekinesis like u did at kamataj. And then her motivation makes no sense #1 u care so much bout your kids but not vision, u willing to go to lengths to kill another wanda in another universe to be with your kids, but don’t see the wrong in that, then how is it the kids exist everywhere else when they were made up and also how do u expect to be with them, when (from the words of Mr. fantastic and Mordo) when someone enters another universe they cause an incursion, so please tell me how she expect to be with them if your universe and theirs will be destroyed. And strange dumbass never thought to say this to her. Cause if he did the movie would’ve been different. Or hell go to a universe where the kids have no parents and adopt. It’s so many things to do than what the writers decided. The illumanti were conceited uptight imbeciles who were a waste. Like u had all the time to prep for wanda to come and your plan is to confront her at once, and don’t get me started bout fantastic killing black bolt, and how the hell Capt Carter get killed when she had plenty of time to catch the shield and how did Capt marvel die from a statue, when just seconds we seen her get hit by one from wanda. Then how does professor x, the og of telekinesis get beat by wanda how? That’s just a few examples of my gripes, there’s more plot holes contrivance and idiocy in this movie thaT I can elaborate on cause this movie is a meh of a mess
