Hey Drone Pro...sort of! In people without diabetes, caffeine will still tell your liver to release stored glucose but your pancreas will produce insulin to keep your blood sugar from rising! However, that extra glucose can be stored as body fat if you're consuming a lot of caffeine throughout the day -- so it's still smart to limit your caffeine consumption. Thanks for watching!

@@DiabetesNerd I don't know...to be honest i have never tested myself ....and i am not diabetic....i fast often ....i do find that i get very bloated if i drink my coffee with milk but other than that i can drink coffee and go to sleep....
