I can say I sent RNG a message on KZfaq.gave him my phone number. I live in TN.noing that I can't just drive to him. He called me on the phone and talked to me. Helping me with a problem. That says something. Keep it up.

I bought your Spring and Weights kit for my UForce 600 and recently had the kit installed by the dealer. What a difference it made in getting rid of the hard jerking start that was hard to control when loading my rig on a trailer. Now I can feather the throttle and get it on the trailer under control. Awesome! My dealer here in Northern Ontario is even carrying your clutch kits in stock. Keep up the good work and don’t let the bad guys get you down.

Keep up the good work, because of your great content i felt comfortable purchasing my first SXS, a uforce 1000. I really didn't know one brand from the other. I purchased it one day and ordered your primary clutch kit the next. Thanks for providing so many great resources as well as backing them on a personal level. I recently purchased a clutch kit and belt from RNG. I did a lot of research and asking around who has quality parts and support. A good friend of mine has a Uforce 1000 SxS and highly recommended RNG for replacement parts. I hope the parts will help with jerky starts and low-end performance, If not I feel confident enough in RNG replace or assist me if parts are not up to good standards after install. I also love the fact these guys sent instructions and links to assist me in replacing these parts. The little notes on my documents, took it way of the top. You can help 1000 people and there will always be a few that cannot or will not be happy. It’s human nature to find fault in something cause issues or verbally bash when not happy. Unfortunately many of the negative people making comments do this because there is no face to face communication so they get very aggressive , ignorant or just plain mean , I call them key board warriors . You had another similar video of the bashing or issues having with others. I don’t have FB anymore and only a CForce 110 for my son so I am out of the loop. I did order the RNG front sprocket. Social media brother is more destructive than helpful. Momma always said one bad apple to spoil the rest right…..social media amplifies that exponentially. I used to frequent Jeep pages on FB and it was a shit sandwich every minute. People just follow opinions because the herd says so, the band wagon I guess. You tube isn’t much better. My advice ignore it and just keep on.

So are we able to type "MSC" in your Facebook groups now then? I've never used MSC and love my RNG clutch kit. But this constant back and forth and negativity between two companies is just childish and exhausting. Hopefully both parties can jist drop it and move on. Both sides have loyal followings that just bash the other constantly.

I have heard you more than once talk down MSC are they the best I don't know but me as a business owner I have never and will never talk about my competitors. I'm not saying your not good at what you do by no means but talking down others is not the way to be

I think RNG needs to talk with mr.crane directly maybe in person just to hash everything out and come to an agreement especially after his video yesterday.. in my line of work in my area other shops try to help other shops even though we are direct competitors. You need a speciality tool we have and you dont? Ask and you can use it..thats how business should be not bashing others(not directed at anyone). But theres a reason why i went with the rng clutch, i like to help the little guy and really believes in the product and isnt snake oil. Did i have bigger expectations for the clutch? Yep but im 99% sure its because i watched another video showing certain things that probably werent realistic. I dont know but i do like the clutch especially compared to my girls factory machine...learned how much was different between the two hard to tell sometimes when you change something on your own machine and you have no comparison other than your own memory.

Technical question, I have your complete kit, and helix, stock secondary spring clocked at B2 as you said, the primary spring is green in color and engagement is very smooth and soft,,,not sure what the weights you sent weigh but I shift out at 7400,,,do you have a primary spring that will bring the engagement up to around 2200 and weights that will keep my shift out at 7400, or do I just need the spring and leave the weights,,,,
