Sir, I had a enjioblast on 2017 Feb.From that period I changed my life style means stopped smoking,not intaking any animal food,avoid rice and wheat . But till now why the cholesterol is not become normal. Now I am not taking any medicine.

വെറും വയറ്റിൽ ഒരു മണിക്കൂർ നടന്ന ഉടനെയാണ് ഡോക്ടർ ഞാൻ കൊളസ്ട്രോൾ ചെക്ക് ചെയ്തത്. 269 ആയിരുന്നു total Colestrol. Colestrol check ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുൻപ് നടന്നതാണ് കൊളസ്ട്രോൾ കൂടാൻ കാരണം എന്ന് എന്റെ സുഹൃത്ത് എന്നോട് പറഞ്ഞു. ശരിയാണോ ഡോക്ടർ?
