She allowed the defendant and her dog to move into a rental property but argues the defendant’s rottweiler caused major damage, so she’s suing. The defendant admits her dog wrecked the property, but she thinks the plaintiff should get at least one more estimate on the repair costs.

This was a waste of a case. They’re both mature enough that this could’ve been handled on their own. I really hope they all stay connected. Loved the maturity

The defendant's dog clearly did the damage here in this case. But with all the niceties between the two you would think this all wouldn't have had to come to court.

Rotts aren't dangerous unless they're trained that way. I've raised two. It was through them my fear of dogs was cured.

That is what owners keep saying they are not dangerous. Very similar sentiments though from gun owners.

Nothing wrong with owning a dog but don't own a dog if you don't have the space. I just don't like big dogs in the house.
