Any one who is vegitarian should take brown rice protein over pea protein. Pea protein me jo hai, vo sab tumko daalo me bhi mil jata hai, par chaval me protein kam hota hai isi liye zyada nahi kha sakte. To uske liye Roz ka aadha scoop brown rice protine le liya Karo... poore din ka vegitarian khana aur rice protine dono mil kar overall amino acid profile ko tagda kar denge.
