Initial Marination:
Chicken 1.5kg
Yoghurt 1cup
Garlic 8cloves
Vinegar 5tbs
Salt 1tsp
Chat Masala 1tsp
Second Marination:
Salt 10gms or 1.5tsp
Red Chili 7.5gms 1tsp
Red Chili Flakes 7.5gms 2tsp
Ginger Powder 1gms 1/4tsp
Garlic Powder 1gms 1/4tsp
Cumin Crushed 5gms 1tsp
Coriander Crushed 5gms 1.5tsp
Chat Masala 10gms 1.5tsp

Tried exactly the way it is presented. However cooked chicken for 45mins. I had it with salad and corn. Good recipe and I would rate it 8/10. Thanks for your effort

Eating beef is my choice, and secondly I don't even live in India I left India way back in 95 and have never been in India ever since and don't think will ever go to India ... The non-stick coating burns and turns carcinogenic (cancer causing) if cooked like this. Why not use the oven?

@ComfortZone Not everyone has Oven. It's really convenient and if you are concerned about carcinogenic, just marinate the chicken with spices as well and cook without butter paper in pressure cooker!

Zabardast idea for guest.!! One can pre-marinade it, then steam cook it while making pilao, rice salad or dhall to accompany it and dessert while it is steaming

Excellent dish, I cooked last night and it came out very well! Though I had to cook for an hour on low heat instead of 25-30 minutes. The spice mixture was just awesome! My family could believe that there is no oil in the recipe. Thanks and Love from Gurgaon, India.
