The front end of your truck sits lower than the rear. That's actually normal! Pickup trucks sit higher in the rear, so that when loaded down in the bed, or with a trailer, the truck rides level, instead of sagging! But, if you don't tow or haul with your truck very often, you might not like the saggy looking front! In this video, Andy shows you a quick fix that you can do yourself to level out the ride of your pickup truck!

Now a days, most pickup owners don't ever put any weight in the bed or tow anything. They drive for looks

If you want to make the front of a pickup taller, all you need is bolt clamp adjusters to install in the middle of the coil springs, which use two on each coil spring and four of these will run you about 20 dollars. I did this on my older 1970s cadillacs to raise the front ends. If you do this right it works out great. But remember guys if you raise the front on these pickups its going to be hell to work on when you change spark plugs or whatever unless you stand 6 feet four

First thing I had done to my wife's 2019 5th Gen RAM 1500 4x4 Bighorn, was have the front end leveled. Be careful though, many tend to forget when you mess with the front ends ride height you must also re-align the headlights.

Great video. I just purchased a 2022 F150 with a 2” levelling kit. Are they difficult/costly to remove? I find it’s almost to tall for my parking garage.

Alot different from the spacers they used back in the day. They were metal spacers that would go in between the springs. That was a scary ride😂 good video

Not that I’ve seen because I’ve installed the lift on the top of the springs and on the bottom on a 2014 GMC truck and a 2015 GMC truck and it made no difference

Install reclocked keys, crank the bars, and install shock spacers or put longer shocks on. You can also replace the upper control arms with ones designed to keep driveline and steering linkage angles close to same as stock.

I leveled my truck with a 2 inch leveling kit. Going in for a alignment and now they say I need new cv axels (extended performance) because my truck is now “lifted”. Is this true guys? Please help

I would rather lower the back to match the front. It is very high to load and unload from the bed.

yes definately, any time you do front end suspension modification, front end alignment a must.

Not a fan of leveling kits as it’ll ruin your stock suspension. Id rathe upgrade to level 4 or 5 icon suspension.

Leveling kits are for folks who shoulda bought an SUV instead of a work truck. First tim they hitch up jon boat they can’t see over the hood.

The only problem I saw with the video was that you stood in front of the vehicle in the beginning and the end and we couldn't see anything. We couldn't see the difference!!

if you live around my town, you have to do a 6 inch lift on the front and c-notch the rear with a flip kit to get the trailer hitch and truck nuts to drag the ground to ride with the cool kids.
